I made this journal series because these photos don’t have a theme that strings them together, other than my own life. Throughout my life there have been moments that have crashed into my awareness with a sublime perfection. I am held in awe of the beauty I see before me. All thoughts of future and past are suspended, I am left with this perfection in the moment that is so powerful that it lives in my memory as a symbol of complete freedom. I hope my photos can convey what these moments meant to me personally, that would make me quite happy.
